What is the quality of your aftermarket products?

ACP sources aftermarket parts for most air compressors that meet or exceed OEM standards. At ACP we ensure that all of our replacement products meet high quality Australian standards but without the OEM price tag.

What if I can’t find the product that I’m looking for?

ACP strives to offer a wide range of products to cover all your spare part needs for most makes of compressor units. As we have established strong relationships with our suppliers, we are able to source a variety of compressor spare parts, with only a small amount of products available shown on our website. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, don’t hesitate to contact our friendly staff who will be able to help you out.

How do I search for a replacement part?

Products can be located using the search bar using the OEM number, alternative part numbers, ACP’s part number, part name or type and brand name. Some part numbers may vary when it comes to including dashes or spaces, so multiple tries may be needed when searching with a part number. ACP endeavors to have a comprehensive online search tool, which is constantly being updated.

What is your shipping and returns policy?

Where are you located?

ACP is located in Welshpool, Western Australia, however, we do not have a physical store so all of our sales are done via our online store. We are also not generally open for public visits, however you may contact us via email or phone.

Product availability

ACP endeavours to have most of our products in stock and available for immediate delivery. However, in some instances some products may not be available at the time of ordering and shipping may take longer depending on our suppliers. We will notify you if a product takes longer than usual to source or deliver. 

What if I don’t know the specifications of my part or I’m unsure on which product to get?

If you are unsure on whether the product you are getting is accurate or you don’t know which part to get, give ACP a call or send us an email and we will help you find the correct replacement part. We strive to have accuracy in all our product information and in the rare instance any information is incorrect, contact ACP to let us know.
