Shipping and Returns
ACP accepts payments via PayPal, direct deposit and credit card.
Our shipping cost covers orders across Australia.
We use standard 1kg, 3kg and 5kg air bags for most of our orders and our freight cost is calculated at checkout depending on weight.
For large orders where pallets or boxes need to be used, we may have to adjust shipping rates accordingly. Any international shipping will incur extra costs and are subject to the arrangements made.
Prompt delivery is a priority for ACP, and most online orders are filled and leave our warehouse within 24 hours depending on stock availability. ACP offers next day shipment across Australia for most orders. For products that are extra-large, out of stock or made to order, shipping may take a couple of days extra. We notify the customer if the shipping date is taking longer than usual.
ACP offers local and Australia wide shipping from our Welshpool location.
We ship most of our products using airbags and parcels via our courier. Extra-large items may need to be sent using large boxes or pallets. Customers can nominate their own courier or organise their own freight however any alternative arrangements need to be discussed with ACP.
We currently do not have a shop front and generally we don’t offer pick up as an option.
A majority of orders are shipped throughout Australia, however ACP can offer international shipping depending on the product and location. For any international shipping enquires or orders, you will need to contact our helpful staff and see what can be arranged.
ACP accepts returns on most parts and exchanges for faulty or wrong items within 30 days of receiving your item. If the item is faulty, we will be happy to replace it for you. Contact our friendly staff at firstname.lastname@example.org or give us a call if you have an issue with your order.
